Unlike traditional facial surgery for anti-ageing, the KL Liquid Lift takes only minutes to administer.
After a topical numbing cream has been applied to the specific areas to be treated, your practitioner will either use a needle or a cannula (a blunt-ended needle used more frequently in modern techniques, so as to minimise bruising) to inject very small quantities of the dermal filler under the skin tissues.
As a treatment using dermal fillers offers both a physical as well as physiological augmentation process, you will initially see an instant lifting and tightening effect. Then, over time, as the HA within the dermal filler gets to work, hydrating and replenishing the skin’s tissues and the production of new collagen is encouraged by the dermal trauma that these injections creates, you’ll notice the tone, texture and quality of your skin improve in the weeks that follow.
The super thing about the KL Liquid Lift is that you won’t need to rest at home for days, there is no cutting of the skin, no sutures and no extensive scars or bruising. You may notice some slight swelling after your treatment and the odd small bruise, but this is minimal and will fade in a day or so.
